Lebanon

In December 2020, the Foundation’s Christmas action funded a school supply program. Four public schools with more than 1,000 children were selected in one of the poorest regions of Lebanon, respecting gender parity and ethnic breakdown.

The children received a bag with over 30 stationery items, that most could not access. We have also supported schools by providing them with paper and ink for printers and photocopiers.

The following year, with the tremendous support of the entire Champiteenne community, we organised a Christmas market in favor of Lebanese children. This action enabled us to serve 6,500 breakfasts over several weeks to 800 students aged 3 to 12 years.
