Article 13 of the Federal Constitution of the Swiss Confederation and the Vaud law on data protection as well as its application regulations stipulate that every person has the right to the protection of his or her private sphere, as well as to protection against the misuse of personal and sensitive data concerning him or her. The Collège Champittet Foundation strictly observes these provisions.

Personal data is treated confidentially and will not be sold or passed on to third parties without the prior consent of the person concerned.

No personal data is recorded when accessing the home page. The Collège Champittet Foundation’s web server only records non-personal statistical usage data, through cookies, to analyze the quality of its offer (files, logs). Usage data is not associated with personal data.

However, these rules do not apply to voluntary contact.

E-mail addresses or other data allowing the identification of the person are in no case transmitted to entities external to the Collège Champittet Foundation without the prior consent of the persons concerned. Only the webmaster of the site keeps the e-mails received by the site. On the other hand, a complaint expressed by this means will be transmitted to the Legal Department of the Collège Champittet Foundation and to the unit concerned for follow-up.
